I saw the diversity, there's: young white guy, old white guy, young white woman, old white woman, person wearing a hat, person not wearing a hat, man with a beard, and man with not beard.
Diverse in ages all the way from middle age to elderly, some have bears and others are clean shaven, and some people are taller or shorter than other people.
Oh wait I see the diversity now. You got yer cowboy hats, baseball caps, no hats, ladies hats, straw hats, that fat lady with the sunglasses on top of her head...
"If I'm being generous, that looks like 10 rows of 10 seats across on each side," reported a tech correspondent Chris O'Brien. "So about a total of 200 people potentially?"
Seriously… it’s kinda fun to dunk on the low numbers and all, but arguing about crowd sizes is kinda dumb. Trump and his tiny hands can blather on about it all he wants, but we should leave it to the weirdos to complain.
The facts are that there were at least a couple hundred people there. It’s a small crowd but it’s easily handled waived away and really a distraction for those of us on the side of reason and decorum to try to distort the truth away from JDs love of couches.
It's more important than that. Trump is laying the ground work to try to steal the election in Nov by saying that he has once again been cheated by the electoral system. That's why it's so important to him to pretend that his crowd sizes are enormous.
We have a civic duty to rub their noses into their tiny crowds that don't represent real America, to make sure it's clear to all that the MAGA movement is a minority of the weirdos, and by no means deserves nor is expected to win in November. After the election, when Trump tries to pretend he commands the majority and he should be crowned king, the entire country needs to be ready to laugh it off and hold the line of democracy.
