Interior Department officially renames Mount McKinley, Gulf of America

The Trump administration has officially implemented name changes for Alaska's Mount Denali and the Gulf of Mexico, as requested by the new president.

The Interior Department announced Friday that the Gulf of Mexico will now officially be known as the Gulf of America and North America's highest peak will once again bear the name Mount McKinley to "honor the legacy of American greatness."

I knew about the Gulf renaming, but not about switching McKinley again.

This is so stupid and pointless. Like Stalin or Kim Jong building statues and making wild statements about their country's greatness while people starve or get thrown in camps.

  President McKinley also annexed territory (Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, Philippines, Cuba, etc.), implemented insane tariffs, and pushed to keep the US on the gold standard.

Well time to write a script to rewrite all occurrences of [Mt. McKinley | Mount McKinley] to "Mount Denali" and same goes for the ole Gulf

Edit: my NAS should maybe be renamed Denali too, in fact.

Does this mean GMC has to rename their vehicle to the GMC Mt McKinley?
