I completely forgot about the trump boat parade where all the poors in little boats got wave rocked by richer supporters and got their boats sank while the rich didn't even acknowledge their struggles...
Like, give the best writers in Hollywood a blank check and a year in the writers room, and they couldn't come up with a better analogy of what it's like to be a Republican.
Really wish the DNC hadn't tried to run the "does being anti Trump work when trump isn't running" experiment in my home state. They completely misread the room about what matters to Virginia and why they were gaining footholds there. Turns out: swing states are swing states because people are conflicted on the issues. Terry McAuliff didn't do anything to say what he was or what he was about. Making it all about the cult of personality meant traditionally disenfranchised voters weren't given any reason to care one way or the other. All they saw was two white dudes saying Glen Youngkin was identical to Trump. That only fed the portion of Virginians who were voting about the cult of personality and that, DNC, was not a crowd you wanted to mobilize, you complete fucking idiots
Glenn (and Trump) seem to forget that the only reason he won was because Dems ran a dogshit candidate. Now that they’re not I don’t see VA going to Trump.
Glenn Youngkin is a spineless opportunist who thinks he knows better than everyone else because he has money. Remember that when he tries to run for President.
