Crucially they will want to make it as easy as possible to deport even H1B holders , so that their employers can wield even more power over them. That will make them even more desirable as workers over Americans.
Well yea, why pay an American $200K/year at your San Francisco when you can import 2 H1B's for the same price working remotely from your "St. Louis, remote" office?
