Founder and co-executive director of Indivisible Leah Greenberg joins Ali Velshi to discuss the historic outpouring of excitement for Kamala Harris and the record-breaking Zoom call where thousands of women rallied and fundraised for the Democratic ticket.
Being charitable, I am assuming you are implying that someome would turn on their camera to show that?
Zoom webinars like this one are not the same as a your average zoom call. You can see the hosts, ask Q&A question, and talk in chat, but you don't see the other viewers of the call
It would be technically difficult to have calls this big and still support having every single person in the call being able to show cameras/unmute any time. Even if only 1% were unmuted, I doubt zoom's servers could support mixing the audio from thousands of sources in real time and then sending it to hundreds of thousands
I’ll never understand why some people really love obsessing over trans folks genetalia.
e: just read your reply further down, whoops! i live in a real conservative area and hear so many shitty “jokes” about trans people, deffo jumped the gun a bit on this one lol
👆When your candidate isn’t an actual convicted criminal, rapist, liar and racist so you have to mock things that have no bearing on leadership like clothing, laugh and gender
So steal women's rights to their own bodies and then surprise Pikachu when women rally behind a candidate to reverse the damage to women's rights that the other candidate caused.
Call them whatever cringe name you want but this is the EXACT reason why it is happening. Failing to recognize that HALF the population is women and you can't expect nothing to happen when you steal major rights from them.
Pantsuit Nation was a Facebook and twitter organization of Hillary Clinton supporters who were terminally online and posted enormous amounts of cringe that was beyond smug until November 8 2016, and thereafter incredibly bitter but still incredibly cringe.
