Phoned in bomb threats have never been credible since the IRA, but they were actual bombs that they wanted to actually warn civilians about. In any other case the officials in-charge of responding to the bomb threat by cancelling the event should be fired.
And yet no bomb. Stop running.

  Didn't they find out Harris was about 12ft from one of the pipe bombs at the capital but they just didn't go off because the cell towers got overloaded do to all the people. So sometimes the bombs are even there... And you get lucky.
