I just wanted to reference this interesting piece of trivia.
My house rule has always been that if you eat the big central eye of a beholder, you gain 2 points of charisma for 24 hours.

The artist probably just relied on search results and erroneously thought this was an image of a beholder. But it is very clearly a cacodemon from DOOM instead. I could very much see many people making the mistake and thus the search results getting mixed in too.
