Amnesty International called for immediate action from the outgoing Biden administration to protect immigrants before President-elect Donald Trump's return to office.

Why not just really say fuck and pardon anyone for any crimes committed in the act of crossing a border?

any executive order can be undone by another executive order, by design, he can do any damn thing he wants and be immune from prosecution (as long as it can be construed as an official action) by executive order but you have to know that someone, probably the snake Miller, will be tracking them and be writing the order to cancel it asap.
