Hoping that they add new missions and things to do. The game is fun, but it does get a bit repetitive running from point to point. The newish defense missions are a great starting point.
I definitely agree on armour (I think they could 2x the differences between armour and I would still barely notice), and that planets could use some variety but I appreciate the weakness of guns, it's what makes the game unique, I think the game is at it's best when you kill a massive number of enemies and your whole team in a massive explosion, guns being strong would reduce the amount of FF and make FF incidents feel way more personal.
I think there is still a lot of fertile ground in the game, and I hope the Sony stuff doesn't cause too much bitch eating crackers syndrome.
CEO steps down to allow a full-time CEO to step in. Old CEO refocuses on community involvement and his speciality: Game Design. Points out issues as he does so. Entire online community freaks out after refusing to read article and thinks he's abandoning ship.
Insert: Gamers game, not gamers business. This is a good thing, not a bad one. Not that I can blame the doomer thinking after all the bs this last year or so in the gaming industry.
Thats funny, I almost exclusively use shotguns. I find the assault rifles to weak. I really liked the sniper rifle but it's just too weak for when things get in close.
I've started using the quasar as a support weapon so that forces me to rely heavily on my primary as I have to wait so long for it to fire and "reload".
What do you usually fight with the shotguns? I really want to like the shotguns, but every time it leads to more deaths. The only support gun that seems to kill things easily for me is the Scythe.
He basically pulled a Linus Tech Tips, and i'm all for it! It worked out great for them as LTT became way higher quality afterwards, so I don't doubt this will work out for Arrowhead too
I mostly fight the bots. I will only fight the bugs if there is a specific order that needs to be done. The Breaker does pretty well. The range isn't as bad as people make it sound but the clips are kinda small.
This is so strange. This guy helped make one of the best games in a decade and steps down because they can’t keep up with creating interesting content months after launch? I don’t think any studio can put out interesting content at the pace gamers can consume it.
Hey, it's what I said from the first 5 gameplay videos I saw.
Gameloop is boring and they make up for it by making everything else trash so it seems 'hard'. Bullet sponge walking simulators are just not fun. The memes are why people are playing this, not the 'thrilling' walk from a to b over and over.
