Just a heads up, the person in the uniform is a high school JROTC cadet. Not saying he doesn't deserve the respect of not getting wet in the rain, but at the point the picture was taken, he never served a day. Just kinda strange imo that a stranger would do this for a high schooler.
FYI, the shoulder patch and lack of rank on the upper arm is a dead giveaway.
