It's Saturday! What are you doing at the same time as browsing Lemmy?
I’m watching Love on the Spectrum with my husband (great show!), eating a coconut popsicle, and petting one of my dogs. It’s a great Saturday night in my book :)
Thanks. I've always been trained on the idea it's done based on colour, with each day being a different colour (prevents it from affecting other loads), which also explains whatIwear each day (I never break the commonalities).
If you like the show, you’ll love the movie it’s based on—Love, directed by Gaspar Noe. No need to look it up, just go in blind. You can trust me, I’m a random stranger on the internet.
Thank you, kind stranger. I am sure your suggestion is very wholesome and won’t at all get me in trouble. I’m going to gather my 4 young children and watch “Love.”
I just set up Boost for Lemmy ( [email protected] ) on one of my two tablets after setting it up on my phone a few days ago, and I specifically wanted to join on 18 March to have the day and months of my Lemmy World and Beehaw accounts sync up with that of my Reddit account due to the sentimental value of my Reddit cake day date (::: spoiler spoiler
18 March 2018, a date which marked the occurrence of the first of many events that changed my life forever and allowed me to open up
:::). I find it cool that there's Casual Conversation on Lemmy World, and I just discovered it by accident while browsing local content. I have Boost successfully set up on my Xperia (phone) and Galaxy Tab (tablet 1), and I need to then set it up on my Boox (tablet 2). I'm still getting to grips with Lemmy post and comment formatting being a bit different from that of Reddit, including how spoiler text works and the ability to embed images directly in comments, but I'm sure I'll eventually be able to adjust when I'm not stuck with work.
Other than that, I'm mostly just watching YouTube videos and working on personal projects, including organising my ideas and preparing for an event I'm attending. I'm still swamped in unorganised ideas as I'd often not have the time, but some other unrelated things led to me being able to perform better than my 2018-2022 self.
Hi there! Looks like you linked to a Lemmy community using a URL instead of its name, which doesn't work well for people on different instances. Try fixing it like this: [email protected]
It's like dominoes but each tile has 6 sides and instead of pips you try to match terrain features like water, houses, trees, etc. So as you play, you end up building a map that keeps growing. There are little quests to complete too. My map currently contains 14,234 tiles.
I enjoy playing it because I can listen to podcasts while doing so, which I can't do with my other "currently playing" game, Horizon Zero Dawn.
I'm migrating my homeserver from my old Debian install to proxmox right now, it's become too janky and I hope to fix that with a clean rebuild. Wish me luck it's rebooting right now.
Somewhat. I have a lxc container with a pinhole, but I have networking problems. The container has Internet now but I'm struggling to publish ports to my LAN.
Went to a Dave and Busters with my friends, got hella overstimulated but also played Halo and Rampage and some other stuffs. Ate pretzels and strawberry shortcake. Came home to watch cdramas and pass out. It was a good day.
I love snuggles and movies with my husband. If you guys enjoy dark, violent, and mysterious, we watched Black Death on a whim tonight and enjoyed it a lot. The movie really surprised both of us.
A bit late to the party, but I took my kids out for a bicycle ride (into the nearest bog, so we walked part of the way). The bits where the ground was still covered with ice were the most fun.
Homemade dough AND sauce? That's impressive! I do the dough but use store-bought sauce cause lazy. Share the pizza pic when it's done, I want to drool!
