That's called depression
Depression is also a symptom of ADHD
Depression can be its own diagnosis even if they're common comorbidities.
Or, to put it another way, just because you have depression and ADHD doesn't mean the ADHD caused the depression.
My ADHD manifests in the complete opposite way.
Me: "Let's go to sleep."
ADHD:
Mine is the best of both worlds. Impossible to go to sleep, impossible to arise from my slumber.

I'd run away from my life on the way home from work if I listened to that stupid voice. I'd probably just be a Roamer.
I used to pass under the electronic sign that tells you how full the ferry is every day on the way to work. Every day I would think I could just go straight and keep going. And then I’d turn and head to work. Sigh.
I like my job. I spend all day solving interesting problems. It’s totally my thing.
What's your job if you don't mind my asking
I do not mind at all. For the last two years, I have been a process manager for the operations enablement team in the client success department of a healthcare company. I have just been promoted to a new role of senior business analyst in engineering. It’s a bit of a misleading title, they both kind of are, But I will be doing very similar things, I.E.implementing structure, order, accountability, and other project management type things in an engineering department that is severely lacking in any of that stuff currently. Client success is also completely lacking in those things as well, and I have been doing what I can, but I have had my hands tied behind my back by a boss who needs to take credit for everything and has no idea how to delegate or lead people.
LEGO quality control, they get a box of Legos to put together and have to make sure all the pieces are there and the instructions are correct.
