The only person I felt for on the sub was the kid forced onto that thing by his father. He was terrified and thinking that his last moments on this earth were full of dread and fear, makes me sad.
His dad was a dickhead for doing that and a told my kids if I ever try to make them do anything like that, punch me in the nads and run.
Well, it worked out for all of us. Coastguard did not spend any money on him, he did not have to give a corrupt politician any money, and we got some headlines from it. I'm for this storyline. 10/10 more please.
Had a friend die at sea after ship sank. Search and rescue lasted for about a night before they gave. The search for these people went for a week for a much more hopeless situation.
