You ever see steam discussions for early access games? Jesus fucking Christ people are entitled as shit.
It probably was when 4 was announced
She literally posted a video on her personal social media complaining to Blizzard that there was no Diablo 3 Mac support.
That's privileged as fuck if you ask me.
I wanna say there's an option for auto crouch-jumping even in HL1 classic, but I could be wrong. I know it's a thing in Black Mesa
I know some people kinda liked that XDefiant game, or The Finals
Kinda like Americans donating to have a bench named after them in a park.
If there is anyone out there who hasn't played Half-Life, do yourself a favor and get it now.
You're so fucking stupid I don't even have an insult or something clever to say, other than remove yourself from the gene pool.
That's a big building. I think the biggest apartment building in my city is maybe 100 units? Mine is only like 25.
That was it
I was playing the demo of TCG sim today and was just thinking that myself. In fact, I'm pretty sure I watched a YouTuber play a sort of life sim game where you could do just about anything but it had full 3D graphics and an isometric view. I wish I could remember the name, because from what I remember you could start a business or be a criminal, or work your way up to CEO or even mayor.
Nice! Looks like a perfect size for Lego minifigs too!
So even more useless than it already is?
Right? Just wait until January
I actually looked it up this morning because I was curious, and "Harry" is actually short for "Henry," "Harold," "Harrison, and "Harvey"
It looked kinda fun from the trailers, but it didn't look like anything groundbreaking. It's literally the first game just Lego style.
I've met someone with the first name Harrison, so it's not out of the realm of possibility. Also, what is "Harry" short for?
It's funny to me when people think Lemmy is like a small town.
Like sure not many people use it relatively speaking, but that also means most people are going to be spread so far and wide that the chances of coming across someone in your town is extremely slim.
Not that kinda games, but I appreciate the effort
There was another vendor in Louisville earlier this summer wearing this same cosplay and she had some nice tits.
That's the main one that comes to mind. There have been other incredibly sexy people in costume but it's been a long year of cons 😂
Favorite Level?
I was just wondering everyone's favorite level(s) were/are. You can explain why you like it, or you can just name drop the level you like most.
Mine are probably:
-
Assault on The Control Room, I love the big epic set pieces of the level, and it has probably the best/most "examples" of what Halo is as a game than any other in CE. You have big weapons, vehicles, large open battles, and awesome music.
-
Delta Halo from Halo 2. I love the lush jungle setting and going through the underwater elevator is always fun. Plus I love just beating the hell out of Truth.
-
Halo, from Halo 3. Like Assault on The Control Room, this level has it all
Nat20 Saber "Custom"
I have a cool job that lets me travel around to different conventions, and I've been seeing these Nat20 Sabers folks at pretty much all of them. I finally decided to check them out, and it's actually pretty sweet!
At their booth, they have a "forge" set up with different pieces so you can make your own custom hilt, then they put the electronics and all inside. The blade is extremely durable and can take a beating. They had a sign reading "free lightsaber battles" so people could mess around and try them out, and they encouraged them to hit them pretty hard.
It has (I think) 9 different sound fonts, motion controls, color change, accelerometer so it reacts when you move it even just a bit which is actually very nice, clashing effects, blaster deflecting effects, a drag effect for some theatrical moments (like you're dragging it along the wall or floor), and saber locking effects.
Overall it honestly just feels really nice, and it's decently lightweight as well so you can really swing it.
My Headcanon For the Arkhamverse
So I've been playing through all the Arkham games lately, and I had an interesting thought about the whole Arkhamverse as a storyline.
I think the entire game series is based (loosely) on The Killing Joke story, with other major events, references, and storylines lifted from other Batman comics. I just think TKJ was used as a basis for the games' world.
We see Joker's beginning with his flashback at the end of Arkham Origins, which is almost identical to his TKJ origin, as well as him crippling Barbara in that flashback during Arkham Knight (right down to the clothes he's wearing). The overall dark tone of the games lend to this theory, as well as Joker being shown just how sadistic he can be.
What do you think?
Add a "Jump to Comments" Button
If it's at all possible. I just find it kind of annoying to have to scroll through super long posts just to get to the comments. Review threads for newly released games in some of the gaming communities are what prompted this idea lol.
Edit: what the hell is going on with that account that keeps spamming nonsense?

However I've noticed that on all my controllers in the past few years, the left thumb stick will start to "give out" over the course of a couple months. For instance I'll be pushing it forward all the way, but it won't register for some reason and my character will only move a little bit. Sometimes wiggling it a bit will fix it, sometimes it doesn't. And it's not like I'm squeezing the hell out of the controller or mashing the stick constantly; in fact it's made me try to be more delicate with my controllers, even though I'm just playing the games normally.
Is it just how controllers are, or am I just getting the shit end of the stick?

People Who Don't Wear Deodorant or Seemingly Bathe Regularly, Why?
Like, I travel around for work and I've met plenty of people from all backgrounds.
Why is there a demographic of people who don't seemingly bathe regularly, or at the very least wear something to cover up their BO? I could understand if it's an allergy, or even religious reasons (though the people I've met that smell bad are usually you're average American young adult man) but recently (like in the past week, recently) I've met a concerning number of people who don't seem to wear any kind of deodorant or possibly don't even bathe regularly; it's starting to become an issue for me, as I don't even want to interact with them when I can smell them walking up from 3+ feet away yet I need to for work.
Does anyone have any possible insight?
