Yes but keep the handle in the soil so that another pot will grow in its place.

Not where I live. Three plants per person are legal and this isn't even a real plant
I mean, clearly the pot is the bulb and the handle is the sprout. They've got it backwards.
If you think growing pot like that is hard, wait until you try and smoke it!
