Just install it a few times without archinstall following the wiki and you will soon have better knowledge about linux filesystem and cli than the others.
That wiki install method is really terrible, 20 years ago I was using LFS as a daily driver, but still I look at the Arch wiki and go 'you want me to do WHAT to install?'
instructions are pretty good, but the tree is way higher (never installed Gentoo, but judging from how detailed the how to boot section of the install guide is, maybe I wouldn't be too lost if I did)
