The president has been discussing plans to rip up the grass in one of the White House’s most iconic locations and put in a hard surface to serve as a patio like the one at his Florida home and club.
What's scary about these stories is that it makes me think that Trump has absolutely no one near him who is going to stop any of his craziest impulses.

It makes sense. Trump hates all living things that aren't Trump so he'd naturally despise plant life and would prefer all paved, and ideally gold plated, scenery.
