The NYPD filed first-degree murder charges against Luigi Mangione, the suspected shooter of UnitedHealthcare CEO Brian Thompson, according to an online court docket.
He'll likely be convicted, and he'll likely spend most, if not all of the rest of his life in prison. It's an incredible sacrifice he's made. That takes immense bravery. I only wish more people were that brave.
Hey if enough Americans are motivated he may not have to serve the full sentence. If this were the start of something bigger he could easily get out sooner.
