I just had a slice with this kind of cheese/sauce coverage from a late-night pizza joint. Sure, they drenched the crust in garlic butter, but I wanted pizza, not a breadstick.
Leaving it the oven for approximately the right amount of time is supposed to be the easy part, and they couldn’t even be bothered to do that. Come on, people. If you can still identify individual strands of shredded cheese, IT AIN’T DONE.
