He's stealing from the poor, lying, cheating and otherwise scamming his way into wealth that he didn't earn.
There's also a nontrivial chance he has had inappropriate relations with someone who was not of legal age. At the very least he's allied himself with those that have and provided shelter for such people, either physically or socially.
God knows what other atrocities he's committed (pun(?) intended).
