I mean, satellite orbits are public knowledge, so….. no? You can just Google that stuff, and so can Russia, e.g. https://satellitemap.space/ Arguably the new Starshield cluster may be launched into secretive orbits but those tend to get found out pretty quickly and easily, if not downright published for collision avoidance purposes.
