That was my first thought. Most changelings have a hard time doing teeth, so they usually just wear dentures. They usually remember to take them out before orally pleasuring Colonel Kira, with their moist, vibrating, dexterous, sometimes tentacled mouths.
If they didn't remember, that could cause some real bruising.
