Happened to me as well with MyFitnessPal :D but I'm still back at it

6 0 ReplyIn my experience it’s only apps that support some kind of goal like Duolingo that do this to motivate you with guilt, and this might’ve been a glitch but i think it’s actually a fake-out. They will still continue to show notifications after this one.
