At the risk of saying the dreaded words, both sides honestly have a problem with calling anything they believe to be unjust "illegal" with no real understanding of the law. The key difference being that it's the fucking president on this side and randoms on the internet and in town halls and in the media saying it on the other.
It's really hard to see that as an equal issue when one of those sides is literally in charge of creating & enforcing the law.
