WTH is going on with the price of a quart of Hydrogen Peroxide?

Its not like it cost much to make. The container its in is worth more.

Walmart sells em for $1 a large brown bottle. Idk how much it is, but I buy 10 at a time

  about 10 years or so here, too. but it's about empty. gonna need more with my recent track record vs knives in the kitchen (went a month slicing a different finger on one hand each week) and a couple bad scrapes so far this winter from falls outside.

Are you looking at the 3% topical solution, or something more concentrated?
Same words, but bottled water.

Marketing and distribution costs money.
- corruption and greed costs money
- Hydrogen peroxide is not the same as bottled water. Water is H₂O. Hydrogen Peroxide is H₂O₂. Don't drink it.
  
  I'm pretty sure they were just pointing out that bottled water is also way more expensive than its component parts--they were not proposing that they were the same thing.
HP is $1/bottle at Walmart, rubbing alcohol 70% is $3-4 somehow.
- As I stated here before. Walmart has been out of stock for several weeks.
