Does it, though? And how can it get past the diving suit?
They actually seek out other fish and live in their gills as parasites. They're attracted to ammonia to help them find gills and so sometimes they can get confused and think a urethra is a gill slit. This doesn't work out for anyone involved. On the plus side, I think this mostly only happens when someone is actively pissing.
Unfortunately I think this guy pissed himself when he saw it.

I haven't played this game in over 30 years. I don't remember the graphics being this good... 🤔
