Yes, and that's their plan. And remember that health goes beyond vaccines/pandemics, but he will be part of their abortion and contraception bans as well. Couple this with whatever horrible choice Trump picks to dismantle education, and school health programs are going to contain basically just "listen to your husband and/or God (depending on the issue), he knows best" for everything.
