Some of those states could technically have also just locked you up for getting a BJ or doing anal with the opposite sex because the verbiage used included basically any sex act other than penis in vagina.
Yeah in Texas were fully aware of the legal status of dick sucking and anal sex even for hetero couples when I was in high school. Frankly the ban probably encouraged some people to partake for extra naughtiness, but I was happy when the Supreme Court did away with those laws except for the rules against dildoes for whatever reason.
They foresaw bad dragon and wanted to nip that freaky shit in the bud.
And most of those laws are still on the books. Just waiting. Waiting for a Supreme Court to unleash them. We are so close to a massive hundred years reversal in this country.
