I don't get it.
I was in the same spot with another post. The joke relies on knowledge of a reoccurring character.
The masked guy with a gun is a character who helps someone resolve their indecision by literally putting a gun to their head.

It's funny how there's a huge disconnect between people who abhor genital mutilation and people who are okay with circumcision.
They'll gladly tell how they'll mutilate their sons penis for aesthetics but the idea of doing the same to a girl is unspeakable.
