Humble Games announce ‘restructuring’, laying off entire publishing team
The entirety of Humble Games publishing has reportedly been laid, in what the company are calling "restructuring" efforts
I remember when the humblebundles were a great way to pick up some old but great software alongside some new but smaller games. A pay what you want approach and a solid reason for charity.
It hasn't been like that in a long time. Now it is a lot of shovelware and surprisingly expensive tiered offerings.
They forgot to humble.
They got bought by IGN
Only took them 7yrs to enshitify
This seems like an unpopular opinion these days, but I still loved Humble. Majority of my “very positive” to “overwhelmingly positive” games are from humble bundles. Their prices are not as insane as they used to be, but I still think they’re are usually the first ones to bring a high profile game to their bundles before anyone else.
This news is really heartbreaking, I was already devastated that Microsoft shutdown my favorite studios under them and now humble does the same.

Good for them, not sure how that's relevant to being fired though.
It's a hell of a severance package.
