What exactly are people upset about? Other discussions on this topic appear to mostly involve people who already know what's wrong. Something about new player experience and bots?
- some assholes are running mass bot farms that join matchmaking and ruin servers with aimbots
  
  this has been running for several years now
  
  What could possibly be the point of doing such a thing?
- Bots, there's millions of bots and basically nothing has been done for years about it.
- The game is dying, the vast majority of players are bots that idle for items.
  
  It would be okay if they were idle bots, they're bots using cheats that go into random lobbies to ruin the game.
- Bots are bad again, to the point that you can't even votekick them

- Blame the devs for not doing anything about the bots.
