This lake near the East coast of South America

my brain got tricked into thinking it was a close up shot of a puddle, haha.
Is this a natural lake or a reservoir? I think I can see a dam and outlet near the bottom right corner. Some parts of Canada are absolutely FULL of these lakes, such as northern Quebec or parts of BC and Alberta.
- I’m unsure.
- Could be a dam, could be a whisp of cloud...dragon was a man....I mean it's a dragon man...maybe it's just a dragon....but it was still......
