While the daughter in this clearly went over the top, what's concerning to me is this:
He was then detained, according to the affidavit, which says he was arrested on a charge of resisting officers without violence.
If you can be arrested for nonviolently resisting arrest, then you're not free.
3 0 ReplyI'm sorry having to be the one to say it, but she's obviously lying. The officers have body cameras, so when she and her father don't get a huge settlement from this, that's why.
