The news that some members of the UN Palestinian aid fund allegedly took part in the Hamas attacks against Israel has sent shock waves through the international community. Despite this revelation…
Combined with the fact that there is zero actual evidence being provided by israel and some of their "evidence" was made under torture, it's looking pretty sketchy.
Though 13 out of the 30.000 is such a small number that it is possible, and it pretty much directly proves that it isn't systemic.
Even IF (and that's a mountain sized if) the timing of the announcement was an attempt to bury the story, that would actually be a good thing.
It would be a good thing to try to avoid that the unproven allegations of a party to the conflict (with a track record of constant lying and a clear agenda of stopping all aid to Gaza) against a dozen aid workers harm the 15.000 other aid workers and the millions of Palestinian civilians who desperately depend on their aid.
Most of the reactions happening right now are despicable. Countries are withholding funding for vital aid to victims of genocide, famine and disease outbreaks with little to no access to medical care based on unproven claims from known liars with a publicly declared policy of lying and fabricating evidence when "necessary".
Unlike certain countries led by fascist and fascist-loving politicians, Spain isn't desperatelly looking for any half-arsed excuse to support the Israeli Genocide against Palestinians.
