[SOLVED] Outside a funeral home - seems a bit creepy. What is this?

I'm not an expert, but the good news is that it definitely looks too shallow for a full body. But dear sweet goodness, that's creepy.

Thats a cremator but its quite small so likely used for "other" stuff, like belongings or waste.

Maybe a small crematorium for pets or biohazard waste? No idea why it would be outside though.
