People really underestimate how many parents make their kids do drugs. Even for stupid reasons like they want someone to get high with.

My SO worked in youth addiction counseling, and it's pretty rough.
That's anecdotal evidence and doesn't tell us anything about its prevalence on a bigger scale.
Okay, I assign you to visit these 50 countries and then write a dissertation with evidence either for or against this persons data. You have 1 year and travel costs are not covered.
