OK but it's a phone call
Ok, be calm. We practiced this. Just dial the number and take a deep breath. Stretch. Cook a meal. Buy groceries. Clean the house. Brush your teeth. Solve homelessness and world hunger.
Then finally hit the green button.

Besides, we all know we're just gonna sit there dreading it, accomplishing nothing until it happens.
I’d hire someone to make my phone calls for me but I’d need to take phone calls to hire someone and… nope.
