Anon recommends a cast iron pan
  • Lodge won't, but all the random no-name brands might. That and the "chef ____" type cookware is rarely quality controlled, it's generally just made to make money off a famous person's name off food network

  • Barkeepers friend (powdered metal and glass polish/cleaner, typically comes in a cannister) will get that off with a little bit of elbow grease.

Half the pans I've bought i got at a thrift store for like a buck because people thought they ruined them with a little bit of scorching., and I've gotten some nice stuff.

  • May or may not slowly poison you as well as entire ecosystems as part of its creation.

  • I've only found 1 carbon steel pan i actually like (and I love it) due to the crappy thin flat handles most of them have that hurt to hold. Bit pricy tho:

  • Hobbies Wednesday - what have you done this week?
  • Obligatory reminder that 3d printed objects are not food safe without specialized coatings/finishes; even then I don't know that it would be safe with the temperature changes of freezing and thawing affecting it's structure.

There's a lot of fucking lists, they're really more for adding on more crimes if you're ever arrested/charged with something rather than active surveillance if you ask me.

Not to mention the state is coastal and (largely) a desert AFAIK

  • Nintendo Is Now Going After YouTube Accounts Which Show Its Games Being Emulated
  • Copyright is long past the point where lawyers and lawmakers need a good swift kick in the head as a reality check for thinking any of this is acceptable or deserving of merit.

  • Device makers hiding the SoC they are using is a terrible recent trend
  • Then they can put a damn revision number on a sticker or as part of the serial number.

  • Nitpicked and poked fun at almost anything i watched/read/did/listened to, and anybody i interacted with, to the point that I sometimes struggle to find enjoyment in things, typically prefer to have a wall behind me and eyes on an entrance (they liked to sneak up and surprise me), almost exclusively use headphones for any form of audio, and struggle to form friendships with anyone.

  • In the significant amount of space no longer used to store coal? People vastly overestimate the volume (physical dimensions) of nuclear waste produced, and ignore that the "waste" is largely still usable for other purposes.
