It's going to be a Democrat. 18 year olds who are voting for the first time are going to hand Harris a super majority.

The very popular republican governor is running for his seat. Its gone at this point.
18 year olds in WV aren't voting dem, as they're the ones that couldn't get into college and are stuck in WV.
