"At press time, Nintendo responded, claiming guns or no they will come after Pocketpair with the same fury with which they go after 17-year olds who make fan games."
TOKYO — In the wake of Nintendo officially filing a patent infringement lawsuit against them, Palworld developer Pocketpair has announced that they have hired lawyers…
Somebody should tell them about Elon's IVF children
There's a little bit of redneck in every Ohioan.
It is in very good condition. Put it in your refrigerator.
I'm just asking the questions nobody else has asked
Eating carnivore is not a real diet and causes severe dietary deficiencies and illness like fatigue. It was made up mostly by James Salisbury in the 1800s to sell salisbury steaks. It's literally a centuries-old marketing gimmick that has been repackaged by new companies and investors every generation.

Let me guess, the inevitable class action over 13th and 14th gen processors is about to get shifted off to some split off company which will conveniently go bankrupt while Intel continues business as usual?
Here's your reminder about gender affirming treatments like testosterone pills and jawline surgery and hair transplants: Elon got all three
Leave the stall unlocked and when somebody tries to enter start hitting those together to scare them off
Ash it over there. On the folding table by the plastic chair- it's the middle pepsi can
The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy. It did quite well when it came out, and it felt like there was potential for sequels
Just as a side comment: every time you open OBS to get ready for a lecture, do a quick test record and playback of your recording to make sure everything's working. Since you're not streaming live, there's no way to check if it's all working right until after the lecture when it's too late. I've struggled with my operating system randomly picking my laptop or webcam microphone instead of my usb microphone as "default"
I don't think Makefile and CMake should count as programming languages in this context. There are a few weird names on the list, but these are high up the list only because they're glue for C/C++ projects
aw hell naw
what's the weirdest thing that happened while he was working?
Not a cell phone in sight. Just people living in the moment
Local police officer Mark Woodside warmed up for a long day of work beating college kids peacefully protesting genocide by knocking around his teenage children who were trying to avoid him.

TIL the DMC DeLorean, among many strange production choices, was made of stainless steel
I know it's obvious from the picture, but I never realized DeLoreans were stainless steel, which is very rare for vehicles made in the past half-century. DMC DeLorean Wikipedia here
Other DeLorean oddities:
- The car did not vary design by year, but rather by production batch, making it hard to identify a DeLorean's year from its design
- The car was expensive for its time ($25,000-$34,000 in 1982-1984) and sold as a GT style car, despite being relatively slow (0-60 in approx. 8.8-10sec)
- "A total of four recalls were issued by the factory to correct problems such as a sticking throttle, front-suspension issues and an inertia switch"
- "The original 80-amp Ducellier alternator supplied with the early-production DeLoreans could not provide enough current to supply the car when all lights and electrical options were on; as a result, the battery would gradually discharge, leaving the driver stranded on the road."
