Same for me. 95% being helpful. 5% dumb jokes. Perma banned for nonsense.
Fwiw I don't like social media bots in general.
Tartube, a gui frontend for yt-dlp
I had headaches for a few days when I was forced to quit. But I also had the flu which is headachy.
I've got a wool welders jacket that's basically sat in retirement since I got my puffy. I'd start with the puffy and then reassess your needs. I do sometimes wrap a blanket round my waist like a towel to keep my midsection (kidney) warm if I'm tinkering in the shed on winter nights.
Oh hey, it's on vic emergency, in Springvale. I hear multiple sirens. 3 units attending.
You get to define your own sense of what "enough" money is. Many people will never have enough.
The philosopher Diogenes was sitting on a curbstone, eating bread and lentils for his supper. He was seen by the philosopher Aristippus, who lived comfortably by flattering the king. Said Aristippus, "If you would learn to be subservient to the king, you would not have to live on lentils." Said Diogenes, "Learn to live on lentils, and you will not have to cultivate the king."
I like to reference Maslows Hierarchy of needs for a different perspective of personal value.
I just legitimately heard a loud bang. One. Quite the boom, bass-y, set a bunch of birds off. I hope it was the local dipshits house.
Hey dude, I've long given up on Overwatch.
If you do get a jump pack, some have usb ports and will work as a big usb battery which is a nice extra feature.
With that kind of money I'd look at Patagonia as well. There's a cheap Aldi and Macpac ones listed on ozbargain right now. My complaint about mine (macpac) is that it's kind of short, I'd prefer a warm jacket that at least covers my bum / overlaps with my pants.
Rice n Dahl, not the best batch, trying a new curry paste, didn't use enough. Zhoosh'd it up with chilli oil and soy sauce, but then it tasted like all my meals with that combo.
I don't own a jump starter, how often are you jumping your car?
Diesel needs more jump than petrol.
Gooloo brand was recommended by Project Farm on youtube.
The car manual should indicate power required to start the batter, possibly listed as battery size or cold cranking amps (CCA).
I've been going to op shops all my life and I think they've finally lost my business. The clothes and kitchen ware cost more than new. Interesting items seem to be marked at their maximum ebay value, eg, the donkey kong hand held for $250!
After about two months of holding out for op-shops to have a muffin tray, bowls and large jars at a reasonable price, I've bought them all at bigW for about half of what the salvos were asking. One place wanted $10 ea for large used Moccona jars, ffs. Used jars should be 50c imo.
Consider a box base for avoiding squeaks.
I'm grateful for all the birds I saw today while enjoying the sunshine.
I'm grateful for this warm bowl of porridge.
Plan to go for an hour and a half. You don't have to empty your battery. Go early, leave when you notice the effects of alcohol on people.
I see people selling old mothers on fb/gumtree.
I use a cheap digital watch mostly as a step counter.
