That looked like a great build. Like you said Chains and Hourglass should have made for a safer ascent. The 'I was so close' feeling is part of what makes this game addictive, and you looked so close!
I've always previously used the strategy of transmuting 'easy' +10 artifacts (like Horn of Plenty) to gamble for another, better +10, such as Chalice of Blood. I don't believe I've ever seen a +10 transmuted artifact give a +0 artifact in return (EDIT - until today).
Intentional? Scroll of Transmutation used on a +10 Alchemist's Toolkit
I used a Scroll of Transmutation on a +10 Alchemist's Toolkit and it returned me a +0 Dried Rose. Is this intentional? I would have expected a +10 Dried Rose. (EDIT - This concerns Shattered v2.5.4)
Thank you for the update @00_Evan. I'm not sure which update you added it, but I'm glad we can turn off vibration now on Android within the options.
