Lower it slowly and you're the holy grail of not fucking up.
- I bet they actually properly thawed their turkey too, what a fucking madlad.
  
  Let's not get too ahead of ourselves - you might think they have a meat thermometer to ensure it is cooked correctly.
- Happy to report that the turkey fried without incident and our guests enjoyed a wonderful meal.
