  More of a blanket statement I saw when I see cats outside with no leash. It's usually met with hatred/downvotes and stupid comments about how it's ok because fluffy is x or y or whatever..
- Who said this cat is missing? Might just be a nice little afternoon invasion of the neighbours garden.
