I wish gamers found a new respect for their privacy and stopped demanding anti-cheat systems that are invasive. Then we can have the most compatibility we can.
No one like anti-cheats, some games even run worst with them, and because of that people who pirate the game get a way better experience most of the time than the ones who pay for they games. Also some anti-cheats lock you from playing in multiples devices in a short period of time, so if you share your library with your family/friends orif you like to play on different devices, you may be locked out of the game for a few days
Last week I bought 2 games on GOGs sale and didn't even bother to check if they would work on the Deck. Well, they did. It's wonderful to have such peace of mind.
to be honest, it's probably more than that as well - tomb raider underworld is marked as unsupported, but it worked flawlessly for me, genuinely better than on windows
I love my steam deck. I can play what ever I want and other tools like Heroic Game Launcher, EmuDeck and Lutris make it even better with great Steam Deck compatibility. Everything is on a single Library screen, even my browser if i need it or kde connect to quickli copy/paste from mobile phone or transfer files, ssh for quick access, bluetooth devices and many more countless things
