It's published by EA. There's always the hope that they learn what people like and stop doing the lousy things, which they have done in a handful of different things, but then when they don't, you just shop elsewhere.
My partner and I have played 4 hours so far. It is definitely a good game, feels smooth platforming wise. Also isn't 'easy' (casual gamer standards) since it has a lot of different types of gameplay that they throw at you and makes you think on your feet. For instance, my partner (who is a gamer, but only for certain genres) had trouble with flying/driving in some sections.
So far a 5/5 game. I did come across some bugs, but nothing annoying or game breaking. Just funny 'hiccups' like sticking to objects that can be fixed by just button mashing or something.
Iām still pretty early on but the dialogue is awful, and the two main characters are authors whose best ideas for novels amount to trolls and cyber ninjas. Not exactly unique or inspiring books guys. (Maybe this is some sort of point or satire I havenāt hit yet but I doubt it)
At least, like It Takes Two, the gameplay is reasonably enjoyable, particularly if youāre playing with someone who doesnāt play games a lot. Itās flashy in that Uncharted sort of way that will make them go āwhoa coolā.
It has perfect review scores so it must be way better than ITT, which, I agree, ended horribly, as if maybe they were rushed or out of budget by the end or something. I look forward to SF way more.
ITT's ending was extremely disappointing and some of the writing felt artificial or plot-forced, like not how the characters would behave based on how their values were developed earlier. It doesn't seem like SF has this problem.
Nah it's not that kind of game. I'm currently playing with my partner and she isn't the biggest gamer and so far she's only had a little difficulty at certain parts. These games are designed very well to be able to cater to those with lots experience.
