This is at least the second email I got asking to "collaborate" on Google Play. Protect your accounts, folks.
My favorite part is how he addresses it to himself.

My business domain used to belong to a company that has a Google developer account. I get their emails regarding the amount, I cannot stop the emails, nor can I log into the account.
