A pool floor cleaner?
yup! I figured it was a pretty easy one but I was a competitive swimmer as a kid.
I have an object I'll probably post soon. While thinking about what to post, I realized that I was really just choosing a very specific/niche object. You've done a great job finding things from a variety of areas!

I get the hose attachment but what is the purpose of top part with the white cloth?
collects leaves and other detritus allowing the water to flow out, same as an air vacuum filter except harder to clog with chunky wet shit.
Ah, it an outlet with filter/debris collection bag?
Some sort of scrubber/sprayer on a stick with a hose attachment?
