Why do europeans hate on mint so much? I love it and came back from the US on vacation and most of my coworkers disliked thin mints, mint flavored protein bars and other mint candy.

- My dad would probably say it's because it reminds them of toothpaste, and the only thing a European hates more than toothpaste is straight sex. He's a bit old-timey, and I've tried to change him, but, alas.
