Is it OK to let your snakes sunbathe in the park?

A man who takes his snakes to his local public park sparks a debate about what animals are acceptable in public spaces.

I agree with him, if people can take dogs out in public why not snakes (as long as not venomous).
- If it's on a leash sure but having dogs off leashes isn't allowed here either unless it's a designated zone.
